is it possible to have both a philtrum and an upper lip frenulum? or does the anatomy and position of those things vary?
You’re talking having both pierced right? Yes, it is possible to have both, as long as the jewelry ensures that there will be no hooking onto each other when your mouth is closed. :p

How much do you think getting a monroe piercing profectionally done would cost?
Depends on your area, anywhere from 25-50 dollars I’d assume.
For the person who was talking about the lip piercing thing, it honestly depends on where they get the facial piercings and their lips. I’ve had my lip ring for almost a year now and it literally never even touches my teeth or gums.
